What a great group of professionals! We've been doing business with them for 2 years now and no complaints from us. Good customer service and support. Many free "classes" offered to help you expand your knowledge of the market and retirement. They meet with individuals every quarter to go over your portfolio and you can call at anytime to ask questions or inquire about changes. Definitely recommend this group!

Not satisfied with services. Accounts were held for 2 years. Stock market was increasing. Over 2 years accounts LOST about 5% of value as of January 2017, but management fees continued as expected. It is felt that not much attention is paid to the accounts to "preserve" principle or harvest gains in the accounts. Stay in for the long term is stressed, but in the best of market times for a professionally managed account to consistently lose money is not acceptable. Passbook savings would have yielded better returns than this experience. Deeply disappointed with Bill's management model as we had high hopes of reasonably modest returns as advertised and promoted on the radio and in initial interview with Bill. Bill is very knowledgeable and talks a good game, but the results, at least for us, were dismal. For retirees this is not the performance one would embrace. Be careful. Terminating accounts today.
