HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A recovery mission is underway after a man went missing near the Dock Street Dam on Thursday morning. According to City of Harrisburg Director of Communications Matt Maisel, the two adult men fell into the water around 7:30 a.m. Maisel confirmed that one person was rescued alive, but their condition is unknown. Officials at the scene say the man was able to walk to the ambulance on his own. Harrisburg Fire Chief Brian Enterline says this is no longer a rescue effort and is now considered a recovery mission.
