Emergency responders are searching the Susquehanna River for a man who was in a boat that capsized near a Harrisburg dam that was responsible for multiple drownings over the years. Police told PennLive that a river rescue and helicopter search is ongoing Thursday morning near the Dock Street Dam. Two men were in the boat when it capsized around 7:30 a.m. by the dam, but one man was since rescued, according to Harrisburg spokesman Matt Maisel. The current condition of the man who was rescued is unknown.
