Not terrible, as dealerships go. Worked with me on financing. Got the payment close to were I wanted it. Really liked the saleswoman. She was able to keep up a line of conversation that was interesting for nearly an hour to distract me from how long the financing was taking. I bored with most people after fifteen minutes or so, so that was awesome. I wrote a review on their counterpart across the river, and the experience was night and day. Same company, completely different experience. I was considering deleting that review after this experience, but to be honest, nothing I said wasn't true. Be careful where ever you go. Make sure the paperwork matches what was promised. Be ready to get up and walk out at any point.

Wow this company has seriously risen my hope. I had an appointment set and ended coming in the day before only to get the ball rolling on the process. Someone like me with a credit score like i have you think you dont stand a chance but my rep Mr. Tim Ryan really helped me out and worked with me. They made i sure i drove out their lot with my brand new car and boy i was more than happy and i felt so blessed. Literally tears of joy came down my face ( i didnt think i would get a car) and one of the young ladies who worked there had to grab a tissue for me cause i was balling so hard. Thank you to Brenner family but most importantly thank you Mr. Tim you have given me a reason to smile for the rest of my days as of May 17 2018 ! Go check them ladies and gentlemen they will seriously be the best option !!
