I cannot even give this company 1-star, the experience was that bad. We contracted with Colonial Roofing to give an estimate for roofing repair/replacement on a home we are buying because the home inspection noted some roog damage and it's the original roof on the home. There were 4 estimates done in total (2 at our request and 2 by the current owners). Three of the estimates said the roof needed to be replaced completely. The estimate from Colonial Roofing said that the roof was is "excellent condition" and did not even need repaired at all. There are literally pictures of roof damage in the home inspection report, yet Colonial Roofing said the roof is in excellent condition. Then when I call the owner to question how thorough the inspection was, I am accused of trying to get him to lie, called an a##h/$# and told to go f $^! myself. Some customer service. The owner is old and crotchety, I don't even think he went up on the roof to do the inspection. I would highly recommend against ever using this place. What a disaster!!
