The Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania is coming back to Harrisburg this week. The celebration of LGBTQ+ people will be held on July 29 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Soldier's Grove near the capitol complex, 400 Commonwealth Avenue in Harrisburg.
