Three people were hurt after a driver being chased by Pennsylvania State Police hit two uninvolved vehicles in Harrisburg and then ran away, police say. Pennsylvania State Police in Harrisburg responded to the 2000 block of Market Street Thursday to assist troopers from York with a chase involving a 2022 Nissan Altima, according to a police report. The Altima hit the two vehicles near Market and Whitehall Streets around 11:17 a.m., police say. The three injured people – a 25-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York, a 62-year-old woman from Harrisburg and a 28-year-old woman from Harrisburg – were all taken to a local hospital for treatment.
